Dizzy's Early Cardiac Alerts!

When training a service dog, a medical alert is never a guarantee! There is no scientifically proven evidence than most types of alerts can be trained-- This includes seizure alert, migraine alert, cardiac alert, and more. That said, there are things we can do to improve the chances that our dog develops a medical alert.

Dizzy is Feywild's personal demo dog and service dog in training. This pup received bio-sensor stimulation and early scent introduction with her breeder. This primed her nose and brain to know that scent means something. At 11 weeks old, Dizzy was imprinted on high heart rate scent samples at the recommendation of our friends at Sit Pretty Academy. Now, at 20 weeks old, all of this effort is paying off. With no further formal alert training, Dizzy has begun to recognize the scent of high heart rates.
